Delivery Policy

All interstate and international orders are shipped with DHL, shipping cost is based on your address and the weight of your order, which is calculated at checkout. Our within-United Kingdom delivery is handled by Royale Mail First Class at £4 is 24/7 Delivery.

If an order is returned to us because no one was present at the time of delivery or an undeliverable address, you will be responsible for re-shipping charges.

All orders originate from United Kingdom.

All within United Kingdom orders placed after 12:00 PM will be shipped on the next business day. All outside United Kingdom orders placed after 4 pm would be shipped on the next business day (Example: Orders placed at 4:00 PM on a Friday, will not be shipped out until Monday) as Royale Mail does not work weekends.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a text message confirming your tracking number. Most orders should arrive within 3-5 business working days for outside United Kingdom order and 2-3 business working days for within United Kingdom orders.
