*Eligibility*
Only products purchased directly from our official website or authorized distributors are eligible for exchange.
We accept exchanges only for unopened and unused products in their
original packaging. Personalized, used, or damaged products after
delivery cannot be exchanged.
*Timeframe*
You may initiate an exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Please ensure that the product for exchange reaches us within 3 days from the date the exchange request is approved.
*Exchange Process*
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team via WhatsApp DM, or by emailing support@tenetluxuryskin.com.
When contacting us, provide your order number, WhatsApp number or IG handle, reason for exchange, and any relevant details.
Our customer support team will guide you through the exchange process
and provide you with an exchange authorization if eligible.
Carefully package the item to be exchanged, including all original
components. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe
delivery.
Exchange shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the exchange is due to our error.
*Refunds*
Refunds will not be provided for exchanges. If the new item selected for
exchange has a lower value, the price difference will not be refunded.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team immediately.
We will guide you through the exchange process and arrange for a replacement.
